If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that you must first contact us to initiate a return.  Also note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and shipped within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.  You are responsible for shipping the item.  Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of damage, we will issue a refund (for the item only and not for freight).
